Delicious pasture-raised and -finished beef that’s actually good for you! Nitschke Natural steaks melt in your mouth and our Gourmet Ground produces the best tasting burgers you may ever eat. When compared to corn-fattened beef, grass-finished beef has been shown to be higher in beta carotene (Vitamin A), conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and Omega-3 fatty acids, which are important in reducing cholesterol, diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure and other diseases.

Our calves are raised from birth in southern Oklahoma on the beautiful and diverse prairies of the Circle N Ranch, which has been a part of our family for over half a century. They are never confined, given growth hormones or antibiotics and are handled gently and humanely. Our sustainable agricultural protocol dictates no chemicals or synthetics on our forages so that our beef remains pure and soil biodiversity is allowed to flourish.
