Davis & Davis is a law firm in Bryan/College Station, Texas that has been helping Texans since 1963.

I am a native Texan who has been practicing in civil litigation since my admission to the State Bar of Texas in 1995. My practice includes trial matters in the areas of personal injury, business, construction, oil & gas, and real estate. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.A. 1991) and obtained my law degree from South Texas College of Law (J.D. 1995).

I have successfully prosecuted and defended cases in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings. My legal career began in Houston where I represented a variety of clients including small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and individuals. I actively represent clients involved in personal injury actions. I also serve as general counsel for a non-profit corporation that generates large charitable contributions each year for Brazos Valley community organizations.

I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Brazos County Bar Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association. I am licensed to practice in all state courts and the United States District Court, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.

I am a donor to the 12th Man Foundation, the Association of Former Students, a football season ticket holder since 1987, and an avid Texas Aggie tailgater.
